A resident of Bloor West Village/Old Mill area since 1985, Nutan has firm roots in the Toronto area which allows her to offer detailed and authentic expertise to her clients when looking to buy or sell their home.Graduating with a degree in Business Administration and a major in Marketing, Nutan was actively involved in the revolution of technology. She has since transferred her energy and experience to the real estate industry, leveraging her previous knowledge to better serve her clients in the digital space and beyond.
The relationship Nutan establishes with her clients is both a professional and personal one. Nutan's clients quickly learn that she is more than a sales agent....she sincerely cares about them and how her efforts will impact on their future. The most rewarding part of the business is the joy her clients feel and express after searching for, finding, and then buying a home of their dreams. Similarly, listing and selling her clients' homes in the shortest time possible, in an organized, efficient and professional manner is equally gratifying.
In her spare time, Nutan enjoys tennis, gardening, travelling, cooking (and eating!!) and volunteering. She has been married 39 years to her husband Jack and has 3 wonderful children. Over the years she has found the perfect work-life balance, and thus feels very satisfied and complete in all aspects of life.
