I have been a resident of Bloor West Village area since 1985, where my husband Jack (married 29 wonderful years!!)and I have raised our three wonderful children: Alexis (Queen’s University Undegrad/Western University Masters of Journalism and now working at her dream job at the Vancouver Aquarium Public Relations, Cassie (Dalhousie University/George Brown College), working at a variety of exciting foodie-related positions after graduating with a Culinary Management degree and Wesley (Lakehead University), working at Tundra Technical in placing candidates in positions in the IT and the oil industry. Very proud of all my children's accomplishments and so happy that they are all successfully chasing their dreams! It is always challenging to find a fine balance in one's working life, family life, social life, and personal time. However, I feel very fortunate to have found the magic formula, and thus feel very satisifed and complete in all aspects of my life. I enjoy tennis, gardening, travelling, cooking (and eating!!) and volunteering. Having graduated in 1980 with a degree in Business Administration and a major in Marketing, I have always thoroughly enjoyed working in a sales/marketing capacity.In the early ’80s, it was very exciting for me to be actively involved in the revolution of technology, which came with the introduction of the IBM PC and the Apple MacIntosh. I have since transferred my energy and expertise to the Real Estate industry. As a Buyer’s Representative, the most rewarding part of my business is the joy my clients feel and express after searching for, finding, and then buying a home of their dreams.Similarly as a Listing Agent,I list and sell my clients’ homes in the shortest time possible, in an organized, efficient and professional manner.My clients benefit from my dedicated commitment and focus on marketing their property with my unique, personal and tailored approach. I believe referrals from satisfied clients are the greatest compliment and the best measure of customer satisfaction.In 2011 over 40%, in 2012 over 45%, in 2013 over 50%, and in 2014 over 65% of my clients were either repeat customers or were customers who were referred to me by my past clients...I am honoured to be referred and recommended by my previous clients...what a compliment to our relationship!
